Saving model as PNG end file colors are not as displayed

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 4.0 (connected) Release 4.0 and DatecodeM100

I am running into an issue with exporting models to various files(PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, ect..). Each time the exported file has changed my model’s default colors to be "shadowed". This change has been recent and began to occur within the last 2 weeks.

To follow up on this topic, included examples of the results. First is a screen shot of a model as viewed and second is the same model as exported with color change to be "shadowed"

Model As ViewedModel As ViewedModel As ExportedModel As Exported

Hi,

the problem can be caused by updated graphic card drivers. Solution = install older version.

If your Creo 4 installation has not changed, yet the output has, it is a graphics card or driver issue, not a Creo issue.
