How to save sketches created inside Creo drawing so that it can be used later for another drawing?

You can save as the drawing with only those sketches you need and use this as a template while creating new drawing.

or

you can copy the sketches you need to new drawing from an existing drawing if it is handy.

or

convert the sketches as a symbol and use it in the new drawing when you need.
