Select Draft Entity by Line Style?

Does anyone know of a way to select all Draft Entities by Line Style or Line Font?

Have a 2D drawing being converted and the Fonts didn't come over properly. Trying to figure out a way to mass change the line style.

 

You can search for Draft Entities but there aren't any refinements that bring back only select groups of the lines. Even tried with layer rules, no luck.

You might be able to use region select, but then you might also select undesired entities.

That's what everyone has been using, however there are elements within the region that they don't want to select. Unfortunately just as much effort to unselect those as it is to select the desirable elements.
