Sketched lines in drawing do not print at the same width as shown on screen

Hello,

I have a sketched line with a 0.100 line width, which is much thicker than my geometry lines.  The last time that I printed this drawing, the sketched line printed thick just as it appears on the screen.  Now, I opened the drawing about a month later and when I print, the sketched line is skinny like other geometry and leader lines.

Between that time, I did have an unrelated problem where PTC support was helping me.  They did play around with some of my settings, so I believe something was inadvertently changed.  Does anyone know what setting controls the line thickness of sketched lines when printed?

I am using a table.pnt file, but I have compared it with my other colleagues and it is the same as theirs.

Thanks
