Snap lines for dimensions in prt and asm models

Hi everyone,
I'm not very familiar with prt and asm quoting and I would like to ask you a question:
commonly in a DRW it is possible to create a snap line associated with a geometric element on which to fix a dimension, is it possible to do this also with the dimensions created in prt and asm models?

P.S. I'm using Creo 9.0.8.0

Unfortunately, the answer is no - at least as of Creo 10.0.  It would be a nice addition but so far, snap lines are only available in drawing mode.
