STEP242 model imported to Creo Parametric results in incorrectly positioned annotation information

I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.1.0

Importing a STEP242 model (generated from CATIA V5) and the annotation information is incorrectly positioned.
It looks fine if re-imported to CATIA V5, or viewed via a 3rd-party STEP viewer, so it seems only Creo has an issue knowing how to position the annotation relative to the 3D CAD
