Strange path error for Sweep prevents full extrusion

I have a problem with identifying what is wrong with the Intersection paths for Sweep:

It seems like an easy fix but I need some fresh eyes to catch it.

I opened it in Creo+ and chain 1 is an edge on the bottom of the board.  You must have accidentally selected it.  I changed it to the curve and the result looked better.

    I also tried creating a similar feature with surfaces

    • Copy and extend walls
    • Add curves for transitions
    • Create boundary blends to fill in surfaces
    • Merge all together.
    • Solidify - remove material
