Summary - Shaded Drawing Views
I did get one response privately that they had seen the same issue on WF5 and had a case open with PTC on it. He did mention this:
I was able to get the view to show correctly by going to the layer "settings" tab, the "Drawing Layer Status..." and toggle on/off any of the settings without actually changing them.
I did try it and found that it did work and seems to ‘stick’ when the drawing is saved, erased from memory and re-opened.
