Swap alt+MMB and MMB behavior for rotating?

Hello,

I find the alt+middle-mouse-button tool very useful for rotating. Often I am looking at some small corner of my part, far away from the part origin, and using this tool keeps the part right there in the middle. The middle-mouse-button (MMB) drag, on the other hand, works fine when I'm zoomed out, but I use the alt+MMB shortcut much more often. Is there a way I can swap these? So that the current alt+MMB behavior happens with just MMB?
