Symbols for control per requirements of the supplier quality or operations process certification

Hello,

Does anyone know if the symbols in the image bellow are in basic license of Creo? 

CTQ Metrics? 

My customer have a client that use this symbols, but he is saying that it's a module/extension or another product of PTC.
