Symbols to join on the dimension and not only to teh 2d view

I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.2.0

Hello,
in 2D drawing, I'm not longer able to fix the symbols to the dimension, but now just on the view
I remember in the old relase (9 - 10) It was possible
Is the a configuration needed or other to have the possibility?

    In Creo+ (13.1) when adding a symbol, you can just select an object (part, dimension, symbol, etc.) in the view to relate it to and place it where you want it.

     The chain symbol will allow you change or add the attachment.

    Relate to view, after placement, is the only way to attach it a view

    Relate to Object should be an option or when placing the symbol, you should be able to just pick the dimension before placing the symbol.  Alternativley, you can Right Mouse Button on the symbol and select the Chain and then the dimension.  Have you tried with only one symbol or multiple?
