Top-down assembly with 2 reference positions

Hello everyboby,

I am curently designing a folding knife and I would like to use external references for the blade both in the open and close position relative to scale of the handle, could you please advise me on how to do so ? I don't know if it is possible to reference a sketch relative to 2 different geometries

Your problem statement is not clear. Are you attempting to define the open angle as a function of the handle length? In any case post a sketch or image defining the design intent in more detail.

 

it is possible for a sketch to reference 2 different geometries. There are many ways to do this in Creo.
