Traceback Log Error

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0

Receiving fatal error encountered. A traceback log has been written to C:\Users|Public\Documents\traceback.log error when trying to open a file in Creo Parametric 11. We have tried old drivers, new drivers, dx 11, dx 9, opengl. When it works it has a black screen. If it loads a grey screen, we know it will fail.

Here are the errors that I faced

Most likely you intended to do this as a tech support ticket instead of a community post. 

When you go thru tech support there is an option that you will need to select to send as tech support, unfortunately it defaults to the community.

The community in general can't help with traceback logs.

Most often these are due to a graphics card. Are you using PTC supported hardware?

 

Have you tried the config option:

 

graphics win32_gdi

 

This option needs to be set before you launch Creo.
