Trouble printing zoomed view to large format (A1)

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 4.0 (connected) 4.0 M080

We are unable to print a view of a drawing enlarged to A1 paper for inspection. What settings need to be done to achieve this ?

Here are the errors that I faced
We do not get the wanted section in the print preview window.

For me, its usually just going thru my typical print process but making sure I change the "plot" option from FULL PLOT to BASED ON ZOOM. I usually have to adjust the zoom or the screen position of the desired geometry since Creo tends to unexpectedly offset to the right.
