Trying to upload a DXF to a vendor auto-tool & the border of the drawing sheet is giving me issues

Is there a good way to remove the borders without an outside software? I'm trying to upload a DXF to a vendor auto-tool, and the border of the drawing sheet is giving me some trouble.
