Unable to change cable decorations

My company has recently updated to CREO Schematics 4 and the functionality of changing cable decorations is not working.  When trying to change the cable decoration an error message appears. Has anyone else experienced this error or issue?

Hi Scott...

 

What error message are you seeing? I haven't seen this issue in Creo Schematics 4. Are you using custom decorations by any chance or trying to out-of-box options?

Hello Brian,

 

Only error message is "Internal Error (001) occurred. Use the Check Database tool and contact technical support for assistance." Happens when Adding a decoration and right clicking to Select Cable decoration.
