unable to load the custom drawing format (.frm) in proe session

Unable to load the custom drawing format (.frm) in proe session

the error says :

'format' does not exist in the database..

whrere format.frm is the drwaing format

please let me know how i can load the format

Hi

I would request you to check one thing

The version in which the format is created and the version in which you are working

For example-If you are working in WF5 and format is created in creo then this type of message will appear

Try to just open the format and check

(this might be one reason)

I have already checked it. The version is same. Do you need to register the format somewhere in proe configuration ??

Hi

There is no such register option available in pro-e

When you open any exhisting drawing it searches for the format in

1- Working directory

2- Pro format directory

You can set your pro format directory in config.pro option pro_format_dir

Can you give a screenshot of your error message?
