Question

View Tab and Appearances command is making the Creo session Slow.

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.4.0

The Creo Parametric 6.0.4.0. will perform slow when clicked on "View" Tab and then "Appearances" lead to performance issues, Mmany users reported issues on system with 32 GB RAM. Need to get resolution on priority due to project work.

    Hi,

    Note: Creo Parametric 6.0 is note supported by PTC anymore.

    Guess: The problem is related to graphic card drivers. Try installing version which was released in the past (when Creo Parametric 6.0 was released).

    Thanks Martin.  One thing I forgot to mention. The OS is Windows 11.  Do you know if this may be due to comptability?

    Hi,

    running Creo Parametric 6.0.4.0 (old application) on Windows 11 (current OS) is not supported by PTC. You have to experiment with graphic card drivers. Also you can test how Creo behaves when following config.pro option is set temporarily

    graphics win32_gdi
