Hi All,

Is there a way to preview different file versions of the same part in one window?

Thanks in advance,

Chetan.

You can see the different versions in the file open dialog if you check the box under tools.

However, if you try to open two versions, it will prompt you to give it a new name.

You do not have to save it if you just want to reference it, but the system cannot open 2 versions of the same name.

Also look at compare part (tools>compare part>dropdown-geometry or feature). This will allow you to open a version file since this operation renames the file anyway.

These is also a design exploration extension (whatever it is called) which is designed for version control. It is not as straight forward of just opening a file version.
