Welding, Mold/Cast commands not working in Creo Parametric 8.0.3.0 (student edition). How to make them work?

Dear sir,
Below error message it showing,

*"you have not checked out the license option. Please click
"File->Options->Licensing" and choose required option from "Refresh license
list".*

But when I opened File-Options-Licencing nothing it is showing,
I have attached screenshot of the problem.

You haven't attached a screenshot.

 

Welding should work, as it's part of base license. Molding/Casting licenses are not available with the student license, but with the academic licenses (meant for universities, which can in turn make them available for their students).
