Question
WF4 and W7 (Conclusion)
The answer to my question was right in front of my face. I wasn't thinking about Intralink 3.4 being the problem because I was working in ProE but it was through an Intralink workspace. That is the problem. ProE runs great without Intralink.
Thanks to all who responded and I apologize for not giving all the details. That would have helped come to a conclusion quicker.
