What happened in Creo 4 M010 drawings when you need to adjust the distance of the lines in the cut?

Did you try "Scale"?

There's a new Xhatch method available in Creo 4 that uses complex methods for which Spacing may not apply; I'm guessing that's this case because Scale would not apply to algorithmically generated lines.
