when I click on the plane or in a face of a part, the software starts a process of regenerate and locks the software. How to configure the creo to avoid regenerate every time I select a plan or a face of a part?

I attached a video showing the problem with selection of a face or a plane. The software lock every time I select a face or a plane.

Please someone help me.

It's likely simply a video card problem. You can test if it is a video issue by adding the following to your config.pro file using a text editor and restart Creo.

graphics win32_gdi

If that solves the issue, it is definitely a video card issue. You can try updating your video card drivers and remove that line from the config.pro file.
