Nice!  We got a couple of us “Olde Timers” from the Pro/ENGINEER era at least.  I sent out a couple more PM’s to others, but so far no replies.

Drat!  Da Boss just told me that because of everything going on in the gulf, for security reasons, all “non-essential” travel has been cancelled.  Dayum, I’ll have to catch you guys maybe next year or something….or hopefully SOME year before I retire….😡

        Sorry about that…

… shouldn’t it be essential that you be there...

Well, based on their definition of “essential” (meaning needed for production), sadly no….  Sux, but, I get the whole security thing.  We’re targets because of where we work.  I just want all that over there to be finished and the Persian people to take their country back as peacefully as possible.

I’m actually surprised there doesn’t seem to be many going.  Maybe it's the new forum format, or maybe companies don’t send employees anymore?

Interesting, maybe they’re not on the forums here?
