Why cant I see user created saved views and sections in Creo View Lite?

In Creo Parametric 3.0 m30 a user creates a named view other than FRONT, RIGHT or TOP and then creates a section called A.

I would expect both of those to be listed when the model is opened in CREO View Lite.

Is there a recipe file edit or something to make those available to CREO View?

ok, halfway there...found out that changing the 0 to 1 in the line adapter/outputAuthorState=0 allowed named views to be exported.

I suspect there is another line or something to export sections or combined states with sections.
