Hi,

https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/r11.0/usascii/index.html#page/fundamentals/fundamentals/fundamentals_configuration_options.html page contains following information

 

regen_solid_before_save
prompt*, force, yes, no
Controls the regeneration of the model
•prompt*—Displays the Conflicts dialog box. The Conflicts dialog box informs you that the model is not regenerated.
•force—Regenerates all the features.
•yes—Regenerates the unregenerated features.
•no—Does not regenerate the features.

try changing the regen_solid_before_save option value in the config to something other than the default
