Windows 10 version compatibility

I am using Creo Parametric 4.0 and 7.0, there is a plan to upgrade Windows 10 version to 1909 (OS build 18363), need to verify compatibility.

    PTC documents Creo 4 and Creo 7 (all date codes) as being compatible with Windows 10 64 bit OS. I doubt they have tested with every single windows update so you should test it yourself before deploying it if there are a lot of machines deployed in your environment.
