wire offset from network

i am having an issue where the wire and the network are offsetting from each other.  on one wire it did perfect.  the next wire, its not.

in the first image, you can see the network, and the wire going right on the network.

in this image, you can see the wire, where it is now going through the purple part.  not through the clip.
