Working with assemblies in dropbox

Hi,

    We are a small company that is starting to use creo now and we have all our files on Dropbox.  The issues I am having is once I create an assembly and save it and then go to reopen it it is not finding the parts used to create the assembly.   I know there is something in the search path that is wrong but not sure how to fix it.
