2 applications disable through Creo

'Simulate' and 'Simulate results' applications disable through Creo. Do someone knows why?

For information, issue is solved.

I uninstalled Creo and simulate 2.0 and reinstalled it.
I think first installation have not be done well...

Look in the floating modules. Maybe they are turned off?

    Everything is fine here. Same result on my computer. But on my computer, both of this applications are enabled?
