Executing a modal analysis for an assembly with several parts, an internal engine error occur and stop without any other notice.

In .err file:

The analysis has "bonded contacts" as default. All contacts in the model are "free". No interference between parts. All materials properly defined and linear.

 

Due to the complexity, model has 1.4 Million elements. There is no RAM memory deficit, actually computer has 80 GB. I have checked this topic during analysis and only reach 50 GB.

 

What could be the root cause for this error?
