each analysis returns this error to me, how can I solve it?doing it in simulated, can do it without problems

To resolve this

Customers have had recent success updating to the latest Intel HD Graphics drivers
- If the latest Intel HD Graphics driver did not resolve the issue, please try again a successfully working driver, e.g. 27.20.100.8681
If updating to the above Intel HD Graphics driver did not resolve the issue, clean out the installed INTEL drivers completely and reinstall them directly from INTEL’s website.

If the above items did not resolve the issue, some customers have had success disabling integrated Intel graphics in the BIOS
