    Hello Federico,

    This error can be occurred, sometimes if Shell Geometry is used

    You could try following steps to solve this error:

    • Set AutoGEM Type to Midsurface
    • Check Ignore unpaired surfaces option in AutoGEM setting
    • Try to create mesh again
