Cam follower Friction parameters

Hello, 

So I have been trying to model a simple cam folower in mechanism with friction in mind. For that I was searching for the static friction parametre's expression to use it in a later equation. I can't seem to get any i dea on how to find it nether on Creo 6 or 8.

Any Idea on how to find it ?

    Hello angupta,

     

    More in Friction balance analysis, it seems to be deactivated when trying to run the calculcations!

    There is an "on-off" switch for the study's "global" friction that must be turned on in order for friction throughout the entire assembly to be considered. It's located in the analysis definition dialog box under the "External Loads" page::
