Changing text size and/or colour in results window.

Hello Burt Land, I’m the product manager responsible for Creo Simulate products, I really appreciate the time you took to outline the problems in Creo Simulate. I would like to provide some comments about those issues:

1. reordering results windows doesnt always work

[JC] We verified this in Windows 10 and Windows 7 and observed that this functionality works fine. Maybe should be something specific to a scenario, case or model, please send it to me and we can try to reproduce it.

2. axis alterations on graphs dont stick on refresh, infact almost any alternation to the default layout doesnt stick when the windows are refreshed.

[JC] I agree with you we should work on improve it. This functionality is derived of Creo and the mentioned behavior is as-is since implementation. We will consider this enhancement for the next releases.

3. there are issues with rotating 3D views - some window views still rotate even after the window is no longer selected

[JC] We were unable to reproduce this issue and haven’t observed this during daily testing activities. If any specific scenario or case or model is available then we can try to reproduce it.

4. you can click the high and low values of legends and edit them - good idea - but the route to have them accepted is crazy

[JC] I agree with you we should work on improve it. On editing the legend value and hitting enter button the value doesn’t get updated, it gets updated only when user clicks (mouse) somewhere in the graphic area. In fact enter button action should complete the edit operation but it doesn’t.

5. custom legend color pallets dont stick

[JC] This issue is fixed already, it will come in a later build of Creo 3, likely on M090.

6. there is still no fix for getting graphs along edges or curves to work in templates

[JC] I agree this is a good improvement idea. Simulate don’t support location based results being saved as templates. I would consider it when we assign priorities to potential enhancements.

7. selecting edges for curves for graphs is still majorly deficient - cant seem to chain anything - doent follow PTC standard selection methods

[JC] For multiple selection and de-selection, the user need to hold the control key. If any specific scenario or case or model is available then we can try to reproduce it

8. the preselection highlite in point 7  is just plain daft -why cant it filter out edges that are unusable

[JC] I agree this is a good improvement idea, I would consider it when we assign priorities to potential enhancements.

9. deselecting edges is buggy
