Hi,

I met the same problem in Creo 9.0 and Creo 10.0. In Creo 8.0 and Creo 7.0 analysis runs well.

I am almost sure that your computer contains AMD CPU. Is it true ?

If you have Commercial license then report the problem to PTC Support.
