Creo Ansys Stuck at Results for hours at 0%

We recently bought Creo Ansys license and started facing this issue in some of the latest high tech laptops.

after applying Loads and Boundary condition the solver is getting stuck at 0% solve for hours and hours.

Creo Version : 7.0.6.0

Laptop : Think pad P15 Gen 1
