Creo fatal error during External simplified rep

While placing balloonings in External Simplified Rep drawing, if we give Edit attachment for the balloon..Creo is crashing with fatal error..Please let me know, if any body knows how to fix this. refer the below image.

Hard crashing of this sort needs to be reported to PTC.

Please open a support case and upload all the relevant files (you can request an NDA on the site).
