Creo program crashes using measure tool.

Whenever I go to use the measure function in creo parametric 4 on a model or assembly the program freezes then crashes. Not an intermittent problem, this happens every single time the tool is used. the software has been updated since the problem started which did not help. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how was it resolved. Thank you in advance.

I would open a case with PTC immediately with a high priority. If you can't work, it's a big deal.

    I've had that happen in Creo 2.0; fixed by updating to the latest drivers for the graphics card...

      I opened a case with PTC and after updating the graphics driver it seems to work now. Thanks or the advice.
