Hello I have a problem with calculating model in Creo Simulate.
The only difference of those models is mesh size.
Solution on the left has no AutoGEM controm features
Solution on the right has applied Maximum size AutoGEM control globally 25mm and locally on contact regions 7mm.

Why it doesn't converge when AutoGEM has been applied applied?

sorry, unfortunately I can't help with this, I don't work with extreme non-linearities

Here is an example of what i'm trying to do.
simple contact between two plates, quater model.

There is no flexibility in the model but anyways i'm getting messages like this

There is only one(half) degree of freedom left. Movment in positive Y direction. If it is a mistake how can i fix this so i don't get messages about large displacements

OK, I only have Creo 3 as a maximum.
I'll make a model in Creo 2, you correct the details, OK?
