Crushing of a wooden board

Good morning,
I would like to simulate with Creo 3.0 the crushing of a wooden board with a steel plate as well as its deformation.

Order of magnitude: cylinder a force of 4 Tons, diameter of the support head 26 mm, everything is centered, board, plate and cylinder.
 Metal plate Steel, square side a = 100 mm and 3.0 mm thick.
 Square wooden side board b = 220 mm and 15 mm thick.
