Deflection of small piece

Hi everyone, 

I have a very small part (see attached file) under 140 N, (40 Ni Cr Mo 3)

How you analize this test?

I tried standard analisys definition and Non linear/large deformation: I obtain the same results

and i think is not good

Can You try to analize it?
