Dynamic Random Analysis - using load functions

I am wanting to conduct a Dynamic Random Analysis using load functions. Most everything I have read deals with only base excitation.

My units are IPS

I have an acoustic PSD table that is in psi^2/Hz

I have imported the values into the load functions as a table. (No units are associated with it)

1. What type of load would I associate with the table function it to represent the acoustic environment?

2. If a load is associated with a load function of “uniform” is that the same as a static load?

3. How do I estimate a damping Coefficient (%) for a welded aluminum structure?
