Fatal error message

When I try to load my creo 2.0 student editon on my computer i keep recieving " Fatal error encountered" message, Please what do i do to solve this problem? Thanks!!!

1. Open C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 2.0\Common Files\<datecode> e.g. M100\text

2. You will find a file named as config

3. Open config in wordpad and type enable_opengl_fbo no

4. Save and Close the file

5. launch Creo 2.0

Can you attach the traceback.log file?

If this exit is due to graphics, you can add config option enable_opengl_fbo as no.

1. Browse to <Install location of Creo 2.0>\Common Files\<datecode>\text

2. Open config.pro in text editor and add enable_opengl_fbo no

3. Save and Close and launch Creo 2.0

2. You will find a file named as config

3. Open config in wordpad and type enable_opengl_fbo no

4. Save and Close the file

5. launch Creo 2.0
