Fatigue Analysis - Input Frequency data

Hello!
I would like some help or a tip from the community.
Is it possible to add a frequency data as input in a fatigue analysis in CREO Simulate?
I am analyzing a hypothetical case of an "I" profile beam with a load of 5000N and a frequency of 1Hz.
Has anyone encountered an identical or similar case?
Does anyone have any tips on how I can add this input data to the analysis?

I'm using Simulate on CREO 8.0
