I'm looking for the press force required to push down the top part 1.3mm from simulation. Any idea ? Thanks!

Why don't you set up an analysis of the thing with a force applied where you need it, and just iterate? It looks like something that will take minutes for the analysis to run, so run a few cases with different levels of force and see.
