Heat from components not flowing into heat sink in Creo Flow Analysis

Hi All,

 

 I'm running 3 scenarios to try out differing heat sink designs and placements. I have successfully run 2 of these scenarios, but in the 3rd one the heat is not transferring to the heat sink from the components. The components are constrained to the heat sink the same way, and the same materials, as in the first two scenarios. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

I was able to find a solution with help from PTC Support. I had to change the accuracy of all components from relative to absolute.

I've attached them to this comment. Picture 2021-02-16 shows the problem. Heatsink 1 close 10W shows the previous analysis where all settings are the same.

if it possible，you'd better upload the creo Component ,only pictures,we can't find the problem
