how to set constraint for structural simulation

I am trying to analysis this castor model. The way the outer layer designed only create a single point contact with ground (the grey piece). When I try to analyze the load and displacement, it always stopped with fetal error. I guess this is due to the under constraint. Any idea how to set the constraint in this case?
