HOW to visit the resource such as mechanism in PTC? I can't find out

What do you mean by visit, Blue? If you mean, where it is, it should be in application tab. You have to specifically load it when you install Creo. If it is not in the applications menu, it probably was not installed.

For the default foundation package, this is the only application that has to be specifically installed. If you also use CoCreate files, you need to specifically add that feature as well.
