"Include Thermal" grayed out in Creo Simulation Live

I am using Creo 10, When I go to Creo Simulation Live and click on “Study”, the “include thermal” option is grayed out.  I am trying to perform a multi-physics analysis to determine the effects of thermal expansion.  I found a video by PTC that is exactly what I need to do, but I can’t select the “include thermal”.

This video is for Creo 9, so I would think Creo 10 has the same capability.  The option is there but just grayed out.

A support case was also opened for this.  The video comes from the What’s New in Creo 9.0 - Multi-Physics Simulation, where it is noted a CSL Plus license will be required
https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_pma/r9.0/usascii/#page/whats_new_pma/csl_multi_physics_support.html#

CS386632 adds on this with the specific Creo_SIMLIVECFD_SET (10138) license extension named for both Include Structural in thermal mode and Include Thermal in structural mode.
